onicph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the onicph platform at onicph.com (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and onicph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of onicph.com. By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or simply continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to use the onicph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of onicph, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You have not previously had an onicph account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

onicph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by onicph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings, which shall be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the onicph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. onicph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. onicph will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify onicph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. onicph reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, onicph may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

onicph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at onicph's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Cashier page of your account. onicph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. onicph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Anti-Money Laundering: onicph is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any account suspected of such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

onicph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all onicph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified;
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• onicph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account(s) involved will be suspended;
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

onicph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

All games available on the onicph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

onicph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of the house or any player beyond the published house edge.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, onicph's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. onicph will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly, but cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.

onicph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid. Players will be notified of any such voiding and affected stakes will be returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the onicph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to onicph immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the onicph Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing onicph staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

onicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting onicph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

All content on the onicph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of onicph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of onicph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, onicph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or system error;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision made by onicph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

onicph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your onicph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude onicph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

onicph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you of the time spent and amount wagered during a session.

onicph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. We support PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and encourage players who need help to seek assistance through appropriate channels.

onicph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

onicph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, onicph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and onicph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting onicph's customer support team. onicph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are registered under PAGCOR's regulatory framework may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
